Microsoft has finally announced the price and release date for the Xbox Series X and the Xbox Series S. The Xbox Series X will be $499, where the Xbox Series S will be $299. Both of these consoles will release on November 10th.
As you can see, the Xbox Series S is significantly smaller than the Series X. This is the stripped-down version of the console sporting no disc drive, 1440p with 4k upscaling, and 512GB SSD. At $299, this is a fantastic price for this next generation of consoles.
Along with the price and release date, Microsoft has announced that EA Play, EA’s games streaming services, will be coming to Xbox Game Pass for free. This will bring even more titles for players to choose from when the system’s launch in a couple of months. Pre-orders for both consoles will begin on September 22nd.
