Reading Time: 2 minutes

The highly successful ‘The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series’ returns at the end of this month with the third instalment  in the ‘A New Frontier’ series. Chapter 3 ‘Above The Law’ is releasing on March 28th for Xbox One, PS4, PC/Steam, iOS, and Android-based devices. Who likes trailers? You do, don’t you. Here you go, have one on me.

Now, what did that tell us? Well it told me nothing because I didn’t even finish series 1. Spoiler alert, Clem doesn’t die. It seems to involve some kind of power struggle with a few zombies in the middle to pad out the low points in the story. It does have Jesus in it though, he makes everything a little bit cooler.

The trailer did come with a bit of blurb as well.

“After the shocking events of ‘Ties That Bind: Part Two’, Javier struggles to find a role in his newly reunited family. Meanwhile, tension within the walls of Richmond grow. Will Clementine and the rest of the group turn against Javier? It may be time to choose between the family you’re born into and the family you’ve made…”

So there you have it, March 28th on pretty much every format invented, the third chapter is released. We can make choices that we think have an impact. We can hold the fate of others on the flip of a coin. We can be an arsehole to people because we’re sick of being the nice guy all the goddamn time. Then we can play The Walking Dead. Will you be diving back into the world of the undead?

  • Y- Can’t wait, already got the season pass so it’ll download as soon as it’s released.
  • X- No, it’s boring QTEs with clunky controls and a script worse than a middle school nativity.
  • B- Not sure really, see how I feel on pay day.
  • A- ………..
