With the current situation around the world, cancellation and postponing of events has become the norm. So it came as no surprise to me to learn that Ubisoft would be holding an online conference; Ubisoft Forward. Very little news is known as of writing, but it makes sense to expect this to be the showcase we would’ve seen at E3.
The press release promises an “E3-style showcase” with news, reveals and plenty more. Safe to say Ubisoft Forward will wet the whistle of many Ubisoft fans, and fill an E3 shaped hole in Ubisoft’s calendar of news. Ubisoft Forward is planned for July 12th.
Do you think that this will become the norm? Or do you think that publishers will still opt for the traditional real-life presentation?
