Funcom have announced that their psychological horror experience The Park will be making it’s way to console next month. The game launched during Halloween last year and quickly gained attention on the Youtube Let’s Play scene reportedly generating 10 million views across various channels.

The press release for the console versions of the game says:

In ‘The Park’ players step into the shoes of Lorraine, a mother whose son goes missing at the Atlantic Island Park. Here players must explore the dilapidated amusement park and face panic and paranoia as they progress unravel Lorraine’s story and the history of the park itself.

This¬†marks Funcom’s first console release since Dreamfall: The Longest Journey back in 2006. The game¬†will release on Playstation 4 and Xbox One on May 3rd. Meanwhile you can check out the game’s launch trailer below.
