Bandai Namco revealed details of the DLC packs planned for the upcoming Tekken 7.
The first one, coming this Summer, will include a new game mode and over 50 costumes. The next two batches, to be released this Winter and next Spring 2018, will each feature “one exclusive playable guest character from other videogames’ licenses” including their own special stage and costumes.
These DLC packs will be available through the Season Pass with an additional batch of “35 exclusive metallic costumes.” But each pack can be also purchased individually. During the coming year, free character panels will be released across all platforms, these freebies will allow the players to customize the look of the characters in the loading screens.
Tekken 7 will launch for PS4, Xbox One and Steam on June 2, 2017. Pre-orders are open and feature Eliza from TEKKEN Revolution as bonus character. The Collector’s Edition includes the Deluxe Edition with the Season Pass, a statue, a steelbook and the game’s official soundtrack.
