Remedy Entertainment, the people who made Alan Wake and Quantum Break, will share some information on what will happen next in the upcoming weeks.

Thomas Puha, head of communications, said on twitter that he is preparing a blog post that is going to discuss the status of the studio. He said he will be sharing the post soon. In a different tweet, Puha said that we shouldn’t expect a formal game reveal until later on. “Just a short update, no reveal or nothing like that. Just a studio update kind of thing,” he said.

Remedy has been teasing several new projects for a while now. In August, the developer confirmed that the studio has a secretive project in the makings. They have also been working on the campaign for CrossFire 2 with Korean developer Smilegate.

The game is in the conceptual stage and that it’s “pretty far off.” Though there is already a prototype of the game and Remedy is currently looking around for publishers. Remedy Entertainment has recently worked with Microsoft on some of the action in Quantum Break

In September, Remedy had confirmed that they had started making multiplayer games.

“We want to challenge ourselves to find ways to also expand these elements to include cooperative multiplayer.” Remedy said about its new efforts. “We will always strive to be the best storytellers we possibly can, and we want these stories to be shared and elevated through players’ cooperation. We believe that a multiplayer experience combined with Remedy’s unique world-building provides an exceptional environment for that.”
