<p>Xbox One users shouldn't download Red Dead just yet</p>

Following our recent story regarding Red Dead Redemption and the ability to download it if you own it digitally for Xbxo 360, we have an update. 

According to the Xbox Support Twitter account launching the game is against the Code of Conduct (as shown above). According to IGN the Code of Conduct states players should “play a game before it has been authorized for play on the service.”

According to some NeoGAf users who have downloaded the game onto their Xbox One the game is now failing to launch. Apparently the game is playable offline but the game cannot be saved. We’ll update you when we get more news.
