Passpartout: The Starving Artist Out Now On Mobile Devices

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Passpartout: The Starving Artist by Swedish developers Flamebait Games is now available to play in the palm of your hand. Releasing on Steam just 6 months ago it is now available on both iOS and Android.

“We’ve felt for a long time that Passpartout makes more sense on a mobile device and we’re proud to finally release the mobile version. Our ambition has been to keep it as close to the PC game as possible while of course improving on the user experience to fit the new devices.” – Mattias Lindblad, CEO of Flamebait Games

Passpartout is a game where you create art using a mouse, or your finger depending on which version you’re playing, and people decide if they want to buy it. They wander around criticising your work, informing you of how it can be improved and all the things they don’t like about it. Just as you feel that painting for a living was a mistake they offer you 21€ for something they’ve told you 3 times is a piece of crap and you snap their arm off. Before writing this article I’d not heard about Passpartout so I googled it. Then I watched a YouTube video. Then another 2 hours of videos. Then I bought it for my iPhone. Now I’ve finished the story mode and this article is 2 days late. So Ben (Games Bulletin owner and full time nice guy) I’m sorry this is late but you made this happen by giving this to me.  Download a slice of happiness here for iTunes or here for Android.
