The PC requirements of Mass Effect: Andromeda will be revealed in February and more.
BioWare’s Vice President, Aaryn Flynn, was asked over Twitter about the PC specs reveal and he mentioned that it would be sometime during next month:

The official Mass Effect Twitter gave less specific details saying that it’ll be revealed before launch.
But they’ve been giving out other tidbits:
- The game will feature deep customization options

You won't need to play the original games to enjoy Mass Effect: Andromeda as it's a completely new Mass Effect story.

Since the announcement of the game’s release date (Tuesday, March 21 in North America and Thursday, March 23 in Europe) BioWare is slowly introducing more information and imagery of the upcoming Mass Effect, like screenshots and trailers:
