Following an alpha last year, upcoming shooter Lawbreakers will be getting a closed beta later this month. For those unaware of the title, it is an arena based shooter and comes from Gears of War creator Cliff Blesinski’s new studio.

The trailer above gives a glimpse into the frantic shooter in action and more videos can be found on the games website showcasing each unique class. Lawbreakers was originally set to be a free-to-play title but has since adopted a paid business model but no prices have been given as yet.

For those interested in joining the beta, it will run from the 16th-19th of March and sign-ups are available on the games website. The beta will feature a new map, new characters and weapons that were not featured in the alpha.

Lawbreakers is planned for PC only at this point although Blesinski has stated that it could come to consoles in the future if a suitable partner was found to handle the port.
