SEGA have today announced that acclaimed action-thriller Judgement is coming to next-gen consoles, as well as Stadia. This remastered version takes advantage of the new hardware, allowing for decreased load times and 60 FPS. The release will also come with all previously released DLC included.

Judgment follows the story of Takayuki Yagami; a disgraced attorney turned private investigator. Yagami investigates a series of gruesome murders and uncovers the mystery behind them. Accompanied by an ex-Yakuza member, Yagami must enter the criminal underworld to discover the truth. The game bears some resemblance to the Yakuza game series, such as street-fights and mini-games. However, Judgment introduces new mechanics such as investigative gameplay.

Judgment is a game that I wanted to play when it first launched but never got round to playing. Maybe if I ever manage to get my hands on a PS5 I’ll play this updated version. Will you be grabbing Judgment for next-gen? Let us know in the comments!
