Everything Shown At Microsofts E3 Presentation

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Microsoft has just finished its E3 presentation and it put out a lot of information, let’s have a look at what we’re dealing with.

It all started with a bang, lots of bangs, all in true 4K and 60FPS. That was Microsofts intention from the get go, to hammer home that it has built the most power console in the world and now we know it’s name. The Xbox One X. Releasing on November 7th and costing a hefty $499. They showed off its capabilities with a trailer for Forza 7

Next Phil Spencer went on to talk about the diverse line up of games on display at this years E3, I’m gonna hammer through a few of them now.

Metro Exodus

Assassins Creed Origins

Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (Xbox One Exclusive)

Deep Rock Galactic

State Of Decay 2

The Darwin Project

Next Microsoft introduced its Minecraft section. This summer they are unifying Minecraft across consoles, VR, mobile, and Windows 10 and bringing custom skin, massive servers and a free 4K update. Also being released this Autumn is the Super Duper Graphics Pack.

Dragonball Fighter Z

Black Desert

The Last Night

The Artful Escape

Code Vein

Sea Of Theives time. Microsoft showed off a new gameplay demo of Rares co-op swashbuckle of a game that had sunken treasure, skeletons, sea battles, and a riddle map used to find buried treasure that you can  trade in at outposts.

Even more game trailers 🙂

Super Lucky’s Tail

Cup Head

Crackdown 3

Phil Spencer returned to talk about Microsofts work with Indie developers on Xbox and showed off a large array of titles that are being released.

Seriously guys, you’re spoiling us with the game trailers here 🙂

Life Is Strange: Before The Storm

Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War

An extended look at Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War gameplay demo.

Ori And The Will Of The Wisps

Backwards compatibility was next on the agenda and despite already having 385 Xbox 360 titles available, Microsoft decided that’s not good enough. Coming this years they’re adding Original Xbox titles to the list.

Closing the show was an exclusive look at gameplay footage for Bioware’s brand new IP, Anthem. It’s a co-op mini mmo in the vein of Destiny where you and a few friends can climb into one of Ironmans old suits and shoot monsters/aliens. There’s loot drops and everything. First impressions are that this is going to be a big deal when it’s released. It looks beautiful and the environments look chocked full of interesting secrets to discover. Plus you get a cool robosuit to cruise about in.

So there you have it, Microsofts Xbox E3 presentation, usually I write something witty here but it’s 1:30 in the morning and I’m up at 5 to go work so use you’re imagination or something. Let us know in the comments what you’re most excited about. You can also hit us up on Twitter just stay out of the DMs you deviants.
