Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 new DLC, Eclipse, comes with four new diverse multiplayer maps. These maps include: Spire, Rift, Knockout, and Verge.
Spire: Spire takes the combat to a futuristic airport terminal set high in the clouds. The open areas promote an intense mid-ranged combat. Be careful, because in this level one wrong step and your sent hurtling back to earth.
Rift: Rift takes you to a military complex set high above an active caldera. Rifts tight tunnels force intense close range engagement where the only way out is straight. Players must try and out play enemy teams while traversing this suspended railing system.
Knockout: Knockout is a Shaolin Temple with a sort of retro twist. This mid-sized map has a good contrast of mid-way combat to close quarters combat inside buildings with 1970 styled interior.
Verge: Verge is the re-imagination of Call Of Duty World At War’s map, Banzai. Players get dropped into a post apocalyptic future where two enemy factions are hot in battle. Take advantage of bridges, tunnels, and waterfalls with this fast paced mid-sized map.
Along with these four new multiplayer maps Eclipse is also going to include an all new terrifying Zombies experience. Zetsubou No Shima is the highly anticipated new zombies storyline. The Origins characters continue on their mission to stop the zombie apocalypse in ALL universes. Players will find themselves deserted on a Pacific coast which is home to the Division 9 facility. This facility is a secret biological research lab whose experiments with element 115 has gone terribly wrong. Zetsubou No Shima offers a new foliage-rich map with new zombies, new transport mechanics, new traps, and new classic side quests.
Call Of Duty Black Ops 3, Eclipse will arrive on PS4 on April 19, 2016 with other platforms to follow. Call Of Duty Black Ops 3, Eclipse DLC pack will also be available at a discounted price via the Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 Season Pass.
Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 continues to expand itself in incredible ways. With its first DLC pack released not too long ago and it doing extremely well, there is no doubt that this new DLC pack will have lots to offer.
Are you guys excited about the new maps and zombies storyline coming in this new DLC pack?!
