The Entertainment Software Ratings Board's website has listed BioShock: The Collection for rating, adding more evidence to it's existence

A rating for BioShock: The Collection appeared on the Entertainment Software Ratings Board’s website, but has since been taken down. ESRB are responsible for making “ratings for video games and apps so parents can make informed choices”. The listing on ESRB stated the collection would be released for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One, and would include; BioShock, BioShock 2 and BioShock Infinite.

n of three first-person shooters in which players assume the role of characters uncovering the mysteries behind the dystopian societies of Rapture and


2K Marin are now responsible for the development of the BioShock games, after BioShock’s creators Irrational Games effectively closed down back in 2014. While no new games have been announced, publisher 2K has previously stated that the BioShock franchise has not yet reached it’s full potential.

Publisher 2K have not officially announced BioShock: The Collection, but many retailers and ratings boards have listed the collection. BioShock: The Collection has previously appeared on the Brazil Advisory Rating Board and a South African retailer.
