Bandai Namco To Host Event To Celebrate Dragon Ball Fighterz Release

To celebrate the release of Dragon Ball Fighterz, Bandai Namco are hosting a public event at Stamford Bridge Stadium, giving fans an opportunity to play a range of Dragon Ball titles.

The event will take place on January 26th 2018 and fans will be given the opportunity to get a hands on with the newest game of the franchise as well as revelling in some nostalgia with older games in the series. Some of the most popular past titles will be available on a range of retro consoles such as; Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 to Dragon Ball Z Super Butoden and many more.

Fans of Dragon Ball Fighterz are also able to compete in the first UK tournament to battle it out in search of glory. Fans that are unable to attend the event but are itching to get a hands on can practice their skills in the open beta starting on the 14th of January, dependent on whether the game is pre-ordered. The details of the beta are outlined below:

Pre-Order users access gameplay:
Saturday 13th at 08:00
Sunday 14th at 07:59

All Users can access gameplay:
Sunday 14th at 08:00
Tuesday 16th at 08:00

The public event will run from 12pm – 10pm and tickets are free although fans will need to register which can be done here. Those who register early will receive an exclusive Dragon Ball Fighterz T-Shirt!

Dragon Ball Fighterz will release the same day as the event on January 26th for Xbox One and PS4.
