The first piece of content from the Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass (called Sky Fortress) is now available to those Just Cause 3 players who own the Expansion Pass. As is the way with expansion packs for Just Cause 3, those who own the Expansion Pass will receive any expansions a week before those who don’t own the Expansion Pass.

Sky Fortress brings a new threat to players. The eDEN corporation have brought their huge sky fortress to Medici, and with it they have brought their army of robot drones. To combat this Rico gets an update and basically becomes a fighter jet.

Known as the Bavarium Wingsuit Rico becomes equipped with mounted machine guns and auto targeting rockets, along with Rico’s personal defence drone and a ‘Bavarium Splitter’ assault rifle.

“The new content will fundamentally alter how our players approach the game – we’re really looking forward to seeing how fans adapt to the new Wingsuit,” said Tobias Andersson, Senior Producer at Avalanche Studios. “The new story missions, challenges and gadgets that can be taken into the main game really mix things up, and we can’t wait for players to revisit Medici and start getting even more creative.”

The Sky Fortress pack will be available to none Expansion Pass owners on March 15th for £9.49 ($11.99) or the Expansion Pass is available for £19.99 ($24.99) . A gallery of screenshots is available below, as well as the Sky Fortress trailer.
