You may not know the name Aardman Studios, but you may know their animated series; Wallace And Gromit. The claymation series follows the adventures of one man, his dog and their shenanigans. Which all seems a bit strange when you learn that Aardman Studios is involved in the development of a game; 11-11: Memories Retold.
The Bandai Namco US Twitter account yesterday tweeted out a video for a World War I based storytelling game. Titled 11-11: Memories Retold, the video in the tweet immediately reminds me of Valiant Hearts. That game, published by Ubisoft, also set out to tell stories of soldiers via puzzles and adventuring.
We don’t yet know many details about 11-11: Memories Retold. We know Bandai Namco, Digix Art and Aardman Studios are all involved. We know it is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC “soon” but don’t know much else. The video is available below, and we will update you when we receive more news!
Journey back to World War I, the War to End All Wars and follow the story of two soldiers brought together in the most unlikely of circumstances. Look for more info on 11-11 Memories Retold (X1, PS4, PC) soon. #11-11 pic.twitter.com/LJgBNrMYXe
