Prison Architect Lands On Console

Prison Architect, the acclaimed prison construction game, is heading to Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Xbox 360. The press release reads :

“In  Prison Architect, players build and manage their own maximum security prison built to hold the most hardened of criminals. The console editions include a fully-fledged story mode and sandbox mode with entirely new in-game community features allowing players to build, maintain and share their maximum security prisons with the touch of a button.”

The console editions will have a variety of exclusive features that are tailored to each system’s controller.

The console editions will also get the exclusive Warden Mode which will allow players to jump into a premade prison so they can get in on the action faster. There is also the World of Wardens feature, that allows players to upload prisons they have made for others to play. 

We have no set release date yet for the console edition of Prison Architect, all we know is it will release Spring 2016 and will cost $29.99.
